How do I update my account and contact information?

It is your responsibility to maintain current contact information in order to ensure timely receipt of invoices and other important information or notifications.
Update your account information via konsoleH:
- Browse to konsoleH (http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za)
- Login with your Customer number and Management password
- Select the ‘Account Admin’ tab (top right)
- The ‘Manage Contacts’ option under ‘Account Admin’ allows you to update your personal and contact details
- Click on the relevant contact’s name to edit their details
- Alternatively, you can click ‘Add’ or ‘Delete’ should you wish to upload or remove additional contact details e.g. Authoritative Contact
- ‘Banking Details’ displays the current banking details that are on our database
- ‘Payment Options’ allows you to update the payment method and interval for your entire profile or a specific domain
Please keep your details current. For security reasons the entire account number or credit card number is not displayed on-screen.
Note: When logged in at ‘Domain’ level’ i.e. with your domain name and FTP password, the tool will not be visible as this level of administration is only provided to Authoritative contacts.
