Hetzner provides a Backup service for all Web Hosting packages as well as its Managed Dedicated servers.

Backup files are kept for a maximum of two weeks before being replaced with the latest incremental version. The Restore Backup tool in konsoleH allows customers to restore web files and databases from the available backup revisions.

Hetzner also provides a FTP Backup service for all TruServ™ servers. The purpose of this service to allow our TruServ™ customers to backup important data from their TruServ™ servers and can be found in konsoleH. The tool allows both Linux and Windows based servers to backup content of up to 50GB to a secure FTP server.
