Our email system currently supports a maximum message size of 10 MB. This limit was established on our shared email servers by necessity to ensure that the flow of email into and out of our servers does not become congested by excessively large files.

We cannot guarantee that even an email of 10 MB will be delivered successfully as some ISP’s have a maximum size limit on emails being sent to or from their servers. It is also possible to set a size limit for each mailbox on your domain via konsoleH.

When uploading attachments to webmail messages, an individual attachment may not exceed 8 MB.
