On rare occasions, some Content Management Systems (CMS) may rely on temporary session files being stored in your home folder (within your .tmp/ folder) in order to reliably recall your CMS password.

As part of our ongoing resource and server management, files saved in .tmp/ folders that are older than 7 days will be removed.

Should your CMS rely on this method to save your passwords we recommend that you change this mechanism to rather save your password details in a database. Session data should be pruned regularly to ensure optimum resource usage and speed.
