The Login Tasks option in Webmail allows you to purge old messages in your Spam and sent-mail folders; helping manage your mailbox disk usage and message count:

To update your ‘Login task’s’:

  1. Browse to konsoleH (http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za)
  2. Login with your full email address (eg. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) and email password. (passwords are case-sensitive)
  3. Select ‘Options’
  4. Select on ‘Login Tasks’
  5. Set the values to ensure messages are purged regularly.
  6. Click on ‘Save Options’‘
