An automated renewal reminder will be emailed to you two to three months before your domain is due for annual renewal . Strict credit policies require us to confirm the renewal in advance for a further 12 month term.
If you wish to renew your domain name, you may safely ignore the renewal reminder message; we will automatically renew your domain and continue to provide you with our hosting services. The renewal fee will be included in your next Hetzner invoice. Domain renewal costs are available on the Hetzner website on our product pages.
Should you wish to terminate your service, a link will be provided in this email message from where you can notify Hetzner not to renew your domain name. Renewal reminders have specifically been implemented in favour of business continuity, but also providing customers with the option to cancel, should they not want to renew domain names for another term.
