Take the tourTo access your mailbox you would need to reset your mailbox password via konsoleH.
- Browse to konsoleH (http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za)
- Login with your Client number and Management password
- Select or search for a domain name in the ‘Hosting Service’ tab
- Select ‘Mail’ from the left-hand menu
- Select ‘Manage Accounts’
- The main window will display all the active email accounts already in use for your domain
- Select ‘Edit’ next to the mailbox for which you wish to change the password
- Enter new password and confirm password
- Click on ‘Update’
