Take the tourWhat if I lose my Management password?
If you lose the Management password follow these steps:
- Browse to konsoleH (http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za )
- Click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link, fill in your authoritative email address.
- You can then click the ‘Reset Password’ button
- A reset password link will then be emailed to your authoritative mail address.
It is important to keep a record of the following vital information:
- Client number and Management password.
- Authoritative contact email addresses.
