Mweb recently made changes to reduce spam and virus-generated email that prevents mail being sent via port 25 on external SMTP servers, such as Hetzner’s e.g. smtp.your-domain.com.

In future, when sending mail through Hetzner’s servers, make use of port 587. Alternatively, Mweb subscribers can use port 25 with smtp.mweb.co.za .

To adjust your SMTP or SMTP server port, please view Hetzner’s email guides for instructions on how to adjust your mail client.
