As a Multiple domain shares the hosting space with the parent domain, you would need to upload the multiple domain’s content into a sub folder within the ‘public_html’ directory of the parent domain’s hosting package.

The sub folder will be named the same as the multiple domain name, i.e. your-multiple-domain.com.

To FTP to your Multiple domain you will need the following:

  • The hostname or IP address: (e.g. your-domain.com or 69.46.224.33)
  • FTP username and password of the main account
  • FTP port is: 21

Please note: the above FTP access details required are for the parent domain, not the Multiple domain.

Full Path explanation:

  1. Connect to the server via FTP/File Manager
  2. Open the public_html
  3. Select the folder named after your Multiple domain
  4. Place web content for that Multiple domain in this location
