Before submitting a transfer request, it is important that you complete the below steps to ensure that the transfer progresses seamlessly and website downtime is prevented:

• Transfer any existing content from the previous hosting provider to your new hosting account with Hetzner.
• Create email accounts on your new Hetzner account.

Once your domain has been transferred to Hetzner successfully, it will take 24 to 48 hours before your website will be visible on one of our servers due to domain propagation.
