The LARA is a remote access unit allowing you to control, configure and manage your servers (Co-located and TruServ™) from a remote location. Hetzner gives you access to the LARAs free of charge however due to the limited number of devices, your session time is limited to 30 minutes.
Should you wish to access your server through a LARA, please email your request from an authoritative contact to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to schedule a suitable time.
Before making use of the LARAs please familiarise yourself with the following terms of use:
- LARAs will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
- In the case of insufficient numbers of LARAs for the number of users, your time will be limited to 30 minutes in order to provide waiting customers with access.
- Access to the LARA interface is from a web browser; using provided username - please use the unique remote access password given to you by a dedi consultant before beginning your session.
- Should you require more than 30 minutes, please contact the dedi team to request an extension.
- Please logout of your completed session properly before asking the dedi team to disconnect the LARA.
Note: While the LARA has to be specially configured on a per session and per client basis, average response times will vary depending on the availability of the LARA console and Hetzner technical staff.
