Malware (malicious software – virus, Trojan horse, worm etc.) is a type of software that is designed to penetrate a computer without the owner’s knowledge or permission.

It is a form programming code considered antagonistic, invasive, or irksome. It is the intent of the perpetrator that determines whether the software is considered Malware.
