If you lose the Management password follow these steps:

  1. Browse to konsoleH (http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za )
  2. Click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link, fill in your authoritative email address as well as a domain name listed on your profile.
  3. You can then click the ‘Reset Password’ button
  4. A reset password link will then be emailed to your authoritative mail address.

It is important to keep a record of the following vital information:

  • Client number and Management password.
  • Authoritative contact email addresses.
  • Your primary domain associated with your profile and the FTP access details (the domain used for your primary and authoritative contact email addresses).
