It is possible that passwords stored in the konsoleH system are different to the ones on the servers. The konsoleH system caters for this scenario by automatically correcting the stored password when one logs into the domain level for the first time.

If you are transferring your domain to Hetzner, you need to ensure you make use of the IP address as the Host Name.
