Due to exchange control limitations placed on the banks in South Africa, overseas credit card payments can unfortunately not be processed via our debit order procedure.

We suggest that you select your payment method as ‘cash: yearly’, where you’ll be able to pay via our secure online payment gateway, VCS using one of the following allowed credit cards:

  • Visa,
  • Master Card
  • American Express
  • Diners Club

It is important to note that Hetzner requires the South African Rand amount reflected on invoices to be deposited in our bank account. To forgo bank charges, please utilise our online payment facility, VCS. Should you choose to do a bank transfer, you will be responsible for settling bank charges.
