Customers can choose one payment method for their Profile. There are only 2 payment options to choose from, namely.

  • Cash: Yearly (in advance)
  • Debit Order: Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annually, Yearly


Your payment method or debit order interval can be adjusted via konsoleH:

  1. Browse to konsoleH (http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za)
  2. Log in with your Client number and Management password
  3. Select the ‘Account Admin’ tab (top right)
  4. Select ‘Payment Options’
  5. Proceed to update the payment method or debit order interval
  • If you change your payment method from Cash Yearly to Debit Order, we will require your bank account details.
  • By providing your bank account details and selecting the Debit Order option, you are giving Hetzner permission to debit your account.

Note:
If you change your payment method to a shorter interval after you have received an invoice from us and you do not wish to pay for the longer interval, kindly send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to notify us.

Any changes to banking details between the time of invoicing and the debit order run (first day of the month) will only be effective from the following invoice onwards.
