There are a number of reasons why this would occur. Allowance should be made for delays in transfers between financial institutions to ensure that payment reflects on Hetzner’s bank statement.  Should a payment have been made and it does not yet reflect on Hetzner’s bank statement, an automated reminder for payment will be sent. Should the invoice already be on Final Reminder status, the hosting services for domains listed on the outstanding invoice may be suspended. Once payment reflects on our bank statement, your services will be unsuspended and you will receive an automated receipt thanking you for your payment.
