Our emailed tax invoice contains hidden coding that diverts your browser to a secure site when you click the ‘Pay’ option. It is possible that an error can occur at the point of payment. Below are a few simple steps to follow that should allow you to process the payment successfully:
- Launch Internet Explorer,
- on the Tools menu,
- click on Internet Options
- On the Privacy tab, move the slider up for a higher level of privacy or down for a lower level or privacy Accept all cookies:
- All cookies will be saved on your computer
- Existing cookies on your computer will be read only by the web sites that created them
- Once you’ve adjusted your settings on your Internet Explorer, please try the payment gateway again.
- We’d also recommend that you select the VCS link on the invoice from your Online Management area, rather than from the email sent to you. This may also assist in processing the payment successfully.
