If the traffic limit of 2,000 GB/month is exceeded, the connection speed of the responsible dedicated server will be restricted to 10 Mbit/s. You will receive warning messages via e-mail prior to reaching the limit.
If you waive the following possibilities, the limitation to 10 Mbit/s will be permanent!
Option 1: If you exceed the traffic limit regularly, we offer a 100 Mbit/s bandwidth for only R300 per additional TB. In this case, please send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Option 2: If you exceeded the traffic limit once, please let us know by writing an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) stating the cause of the increased traffic usage. For example, if the application which caused the increased traffic has been removed, the connection will be unblocked to 100 Mbit/s.
