All hosting packages come with a predetermined traffic quota, for example our smallest Web Hosting package, the Micro account has a traffic quota of 1.5 GB per month, while the Master account, our biggest Web Hosting package, has a traffic quota of 100 GB per month.

We monitor and bill R0.015 per MB for Micro to Master hosting packages where the traffic exceeds the monthly quota on a South African server. In Germany, excess traffic is charged at R1.50 for each GB that exceeds the monthly quota for Home packages, Business Packages have unlimited traffic.

Our traffic policy is available on the Hetzner website.  Our product pages provide a detailed description of each hosting account with information on the various traffic quota levels for each package.
