Hetzner do not interfere with your existing TruServ™ hardware configurations unless additional RAM is ordered.

Should you wish to benefit from Hetzners latest TruServ™ hardware offering the following steps apply:

• Place a new server order online via KonsoleH and advise, once contacted, that you wish to transfer to the new product, the build of the server will take 5 business days. The relevant TruServ™ set-up fees apply.
• On completion of the server build (including the basic software installation, where applicable, new licensing and licensing fees may apply), we will furnish you with root access for you to configure your new server.
• You would be required to configure the new IP allocation on the new server, set up and copy over all your data, domains (website, email and databases) onto the new TruServ™ and point all the records of your domains residing on your old server to the IP set up on the new TruServ.

You will receive 30 days to complete the process from the time of order.
