Should you experience disk failure it is important that you contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) immediately to arrange for the failed hard drive to be replaced. For TruServ™ & TruServ™ Plus customers this will involve downtime, in order to perform the maintenance swap out. A suitable time will be discussed with you prior to the maintenance being performed.

For TruServ™ Commerce customers, no downtime will be necessary as the disks are hot swappable.
