For Linux servers, Hetzner recommends that you use the tools that the kernel makes available e.g. /proc/mdstat or by scanning the syslog.

Windows servers log all RAID events to the Eventlog.  Configure your preferred Eventlog tool to alert you to any RAID events accordingly.
