Should you experience a situation where your RAID card fails, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) immediately and provide the consultant with the name of your Hardware RAID card as well as the version number. Request that a replacement card is installed. Please note that this would entail brief downtime in order to perform the maintenance swap out. A suitable time will be discussed with you prior to the maintenance being performed.
