Your server name includes detail of the location of your hosting. It is provided via email when your order is complete, it is viewable in konsoleH admin level and will appear on your invoice.

Below is an example of a Truserv server name:

hetz001_truservplus_cpt2_001

hetz001: refers to your client information.
truservplus: indicates your product type.
cpt2: indicates the location of your server i.e. Cape Town 2 Data centre.
001: is the number your server is allocated within your profile.
