It is possible to move hosting locations i.e. from South Africa to Germany and vice versa. However this is a costly process. In order to enact the move, you will need to order a new Volume Plan in the preferred hosting location. Once this is done, you will need to request that the domains on your old Volume Plan are transferred to the new location. Each domain transfer will incur the transfer fee of R49. Once this process is complete your old Volume Plan will be removed from your hosting portfolio.
