As part of the Volume Plan removal process you will be required to select your desired payment period for the Web Hosting packages.

The following payment period options are offered:

  • You can revert to the payment period that applied to the hosting package prior to the Volume Plan activation.
  • You can default to the minimum payment period applicable to each hosting package. This is the only option available to hosting packages that were ordered after the Volume Plan was activated.

Adjusting your payment period further can be done per hosting account within konsoleH™.
