Your customised mail settings are as follows:

Email Address: you@your-domain.com

Incoming (POP) server: pop.your-domain.com

Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.your-domain.com

Account / User Name: you@your-domain.com

SMTP Authentication: On (same Username as POP)

SMTP Port: 587

Note: If SMTP Authentication is not catered for by your email program, you must rather use your ISP's SMTP server.

Troubleshooting account setup for Android HTC (Troubleshooting)

  • Open Application list

    1. Start by opening the application list from your home screen.

  • Select Mail

    2. Select "Mail" from the menu.

  • Select Settings

    3. Press the "Menu" button, select "More":

  • Select Settings

    Select "Settings" from the menu:

  • Select Account Settings

    5. Select "Account settings" from the menu then select "Next":

  • Confirm your Incoming settings

    6. Ensure that your "Incoming settings" details are specified correctly as in the screen below and then select "Next":

  • Confirm your Outgoing server settings

    7. Ensure that your "Outgoing server" details are specified correctly as in the screen below and then select "Next":

  • Select Finish Setup

    8. Ensure your details are entered and select "Finish setup":
