Our Contact Centre is made up of administrative and support consultants that are dedicated to assisting customers with managing their hosting portfolio as well as troubleshooting any hosting-related problems. They are the face of our company and do their utmost to assist our customers.
Our Networking Engineers are responsible for managing Hetzner's core network infrastructure. Operating as a self-organised team, they focus their efforts on proactively ensuring that Hetzner offers its customers a stable, well-run network that is able to meet the on-going demands of an ever increasing customer base.
Our System Developers operate as a self-organizing, agile team with a passion for trying new techniques to increase predictability, quality and delivery of hosting software. The team is responsible for choosing how best to implement new features and address issues, and works on only one thing at a time, in short iterations reviewed by enthusiastic stakeholders.
Hetzner's Support Functions are made up of the HR & Finance Team, Marketing, Recruitment & the Management team who all work together to assist the surrounding teams in delivering a trusted service to our customers.
Our Data Centre technicians work onsite at Hetzner's Data Centres in Johannesburg and Cape Town and are responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure within these facilities as well as provisioning servers for customers.
Our Platform Engineers focus on ensuring that Hetzner's hosting infrastructure is well-maintained and dependable, constantly looking for new ways to increase our performance and stability in an ever-growing infrastructure. When tasked with a problem, the team investigates and deploys a solution that meets the business' requirements.
The Custom Hosting Solutions team is responsible for taking care of customers that require high-availability solutions and are tasked with managing their unique set of requirements including load balancing, failover solutions and server clustering.
