How do I claim my voucher?

You will become eligible to receive your voucher once you have bought any Hetzner package or server and have been hosting with Hetzner for more than 30 days at the time of our monthly billing run.

TruServ™:

Once you become eligible, Hetzner will send you an email with your voucher value included. The email will give you detailed instructions on how to redeem your voucher with Google when setting up your Google AdWords account.

Web Hosting and Managed Dedicated customers:

Once you become eligible, Hetzner will send you an email explaining how you can claim your voucher(s) via konsoleH, Hetzner’s award-winning control panel. The email will include a list of domains that are eligible to receive a free Google AdWords voucher. Note that Multiple and Parked domains are not eligible to receive an AdWords voucher.

To redeem your voucher you need to setup a Google AdWords account.

Please note: Promotional voucher codes cannot be entered into existing Google AdWords accounts, unless the account is less than 14 days old.
