24/7 email support hours for Hetzner customers now official

Hetzner has offered 24/7 technical support via email for many months in beta phase. We are confident of meeting our high operational standards and are pleased to make this service official with immediate effect at no additional cost to you.

This means that you can now officially email Hetzner's technical support team [support@hetzner.co.za] at any time during the day or night and receive a response within 2 hours.

Hetzner's support service can be summarised as follows:

Primary Support Channel: Support Centre

  • Extensive FAQ’s
  • Extensive configuration and installation guides
  • Email escalation to help desk
  • Optional call-back service
  • Articles are created and maintained on a daily basis

Secondary Support Channel: Contact Centre

  • Email support (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)):
    • Technical support: 24/7/365
    • Billing & Admin support: 8am – 5pm
  • Call-in telephone support:
    • Week days: 8am – 5pm
  • Call-back telephone support:
    • Saturdays and public holidays: 9am – 5pm
  • Dedicated Server clients benefit from the addition of 24hr emergency call numbers
