Hetzner has offered 24/7 technical support via email for many months in beta phase. We are confident of meeting our high operational standards and are pleased to make this service official with immediate effect at no additional cost to you.
This means that you can now officially email Hetzner's technical support team [support@hetzner.co.za] at any time during the day or night and receive a response within 2 hours.

- Extensive FAQ’s
- Extensive configuration and installation guides
- Email escalation to help desk
- Optional call-back service
- Articles are created and maintained on a daily basis
Secondary Support Channel: Contact Centre
