Meeting expectations
Kyacom prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service. A key concern in the past was to eliminate the threat of downtime and the resultant customer queries. Prior to Hetzner, Kyacom experienced slow or no response times, limited bandwidth and little assistance with routine tasks. ‘At the time we were really looking for a service provider that could improve on what we delivered to our customers,’ says Vester.
