New Dedicated server orders now benefit from our latest hardware upgrade

As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with improved features, all new TruServ™, TruServ™ Plus, Managed and Managed Plus orders now benefit from increased performance and capacity with our new hardware upgrades.

The following upgrades have been implemented:

TruServ™ servers:

  • Processor: Core 2 Quad 2.33 GHz
  • RAM: 4 GB DDR2 667 MHz
  • RAID: Software RAID
  • Disk: 2 x 500 GB SATA HDD

TruServ™ Plus servers:

  • Processor: Core i7-920 2.66 GHz
  • RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
  • RAID: Software RAID
  • Disk: 2 x 1TB SATA HDD

Managed servers:

  • Processor: Core 2 Quad 2.33 GHz
  • RAM: 4 GB DDR2 667 MHz

Managed Plus servers:

  • Processor: Core i7-920 2.66 GHz
  • RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
  • RAID: Software RAID

* When ordering your TruServ™ Plus server you have the option to replace Software RAID with a 4 Port Hardware RAID Controller at an additional fee of R250 per month.
