We offer the following tools to all our customers:
- Our Control Panel – Hetzner’s award-winning, proprietary control panel, konsoleH™ merges all service administration tools into a single, integrated management system that enables you to manage your web space with greater efficiency and accessibility. You can access konsoleH by browsing to http://myaccount.hetzner.co.za and login with your Client Number and Management Password.
- Our Help Centre – this ever-growing online knowledgebase has been intuitively designed to provide our customers with effortless assistance to web hosting’s most frequently asked questions as well as support on Hetzner’s service offering.
Our Help Centre incorporates our online Network Notices board, giving you up-to-date information on infrastructure upgrades, maintenance windows and service disruptions. It’s also possible to subscribe via RSS feed.
