Tomcat support discontinued
As of 16 March 2009, Hetzner servers no longer support Tomcat as part of a strategic decision made in 2006 to discontinue the support of JSP technology. This marks the complete withdrawal of JSP from our list of supported services.
Having researched the demand for Tomcat, it was determined that only a handful of clients were making use of the application. Not only was this demand insufficient to warrant ongoing server and client support, but Tomcat’s removal was also necessary in order to continue with the Debian migration process.
