Deon de Villiers takes over the reins as new MD
Deon de Villiers has been appointed Hetzner’s Managing Director, responsible for all aspects of company management with a particular focus on product development.
With this announcement, Hetzner has also appointed a Board of Directors, which includes Hans Wencke as Executive Chairman, Sandra Nortjé as Financial Director and Deon as Managing Director. With Hetzner’s continued growth, the Board is in place to ensure accountability and the optimal running of the company.
In 2001 Deon joined Hetzner as its Technical Manager, responsible for overseeing the stability and growth of Hetzner’s network infrastructure. He has played an instrumental role in overseeing the management of Hetzner’s network in order to provide customers with a trusted, reliable and scalable infrastructure.
