Contact Centre Operating Hours:To ensure that you are well looked after over this festive season, Hetzner's office hours will remain unchanged (refer below).

• Admin and Billing Support: Week days from 8am - 5pm*
Customer Invoices:
You can expect to receive your January invoice on 19 December 2011. Please ensure that you make arrangements for your account to be settled timeously and that provision is made for any debit orders, which will be processed on 3 January 2012.
