konsoleH is Hetzner's proprietary control panel, empowering customers with greater control and easy access to a wide range of tools and systems to manage their hosting environment.
konsoleH™ merges all service administration tools into a single, integrated management system that enables you to manage your web space with greater efficiency and accessibility.
Our award-winning, proprietary control panel was developed by a top team of Hetzner systems engineers with the view to empowering our customers with greater control and easy access to a wide range of tools and systems to manage their hosting. You can access konsoleH™ by clicking on ‘Customer Login’ on our website’s Action Panel. To login, simply use your customer number or email address and management password.
With konsoleH you can administer individual packages, plans and/or servers and perform basic website maintenance from a secure, central point of access.
Login to konsoleH
All Hetzner customers are given access details to konsoleH, once they have successfully created a Hetzner profile.
All administrative functions are SSL protected by default.
Access Levels:
You can access konsoleH via three management levels, using a centralised login area found at https://myaccount.hetzner.co.za. Management levels are categorised according to the type of information available:
- Admin Level: The highest level providing access to all services
- Domain Level: Control panel of an individual hosting package
- Webmail Level: A service available to individual mailbox users
konsoleH Interface
The konsoleH control panel consists of two administration levels, Hosting Services and Account Admin.
Hosting Services where you are able to view and manage the hosting services associated to your domain, package, plan or server using a wide variety of tools to give you maximum control.
Functions include:
- Domain details (Web Hosting) - An overview of your domain information and hosting quota usage.
- Hosting Details (Servers) - Lists the service type and server name of your Managed or TruServ server.
- Manage Services - A wide range of tools allowing you to manage and configure your hosting according to your unique requirements.
- Statistics and Reports - Monitor your disk and traffic usage as well as all activity to and from your website.
- Software - Build your website using the easy SiteBuilder tool or add eCommerce functionality to your site.
- Mail - Manage all your email accounts associated to your domain and view your mail logs.
- Traffic (TruServ) - View traffic reports and setup traffic notifications for your server
- Database - Setup and configure MySQL databases
- Domain Management (Managed server) - Manage the individual domains on your Managed server
Account Admin allows you to view, edit and maintain all information related to your account with Hetzner.
Functions include:
- Account Admin - Manage your contact list, update your banking details and payment options and change your management password.
- Hetzner Services - Tweak subscriptions and setup Fax-to-mail
- Billing - view your latest and past invoices and their current payment status
Your Profile
The Your Profile page is your konsoleH landing page. It lists all services related to your Hetzner portfolio and their current status e.g. active, locked, processing. To manage your hosting services you will need to select a service in order to activate the left hand control menu. To search for your hosting service use the search bar or alternatively browse through the relevant service categories to find your domain or server.
